(1) To initiate a return for any product, kindly visit our website at https://retractormaker.com/contact-us/ and complete the provided form for submission.
(2) Retractor Maker will issue a valid RMA number for the return process.
(3) The customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and handling. Payment will be refunded upon receipt of instruments in acceptable condition.
(4) Used instruments are not eligible for return.
(5) Any claims for incorrect shipment, faulty, or damaged instruments must be reported within 10 working days of delivery.
(6) Customized instruments are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
(7) Products are eligible for exchange/credit if returned in sellable condition and original sealed packaging.
(8) A restocking fee will be applied for instruments returned for reasons other than defect or damage: Shipping fees will not be credited

30% for returns between 15-45 days

(9) All returned products must include original accessories, manuals, or documentation. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper packaging during return.
(10) Retractor Maker assumes responsibility for return shipping losses. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the receipt of returned merchandise for your refund to be processed.
